Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Service Specialist for a full-time, on-site role located in Los Angeles, CA. Responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service, addressing pest control concerns, ensuring compliance with customer expectations and industry standards, and fostering relationships to promote service growth and sales. The Service Specialist will regularly interact with clients, analyze customer needs, and deliver customized solutions, ensuring satisfaction and safety in various commercial and residential environments.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address concerns
- Proficiency in Sales and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Analytical Skills to evaluate client needs, identify problems, and develop effective solutions
- Basic knowledge or experience in Finance to manage accounts or understand service contracts
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a collaborative team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in pest control is a plus
- Availability to work on-site at the Anaheim, CA location and a valid driver's license is required
