Warehouse Coordinator
The Warehouse Coordinator will contribute to the success of Corkcicle by performing warehouse and logistics tasks as a liaison between Corkcicle warehouses. They will be responsible for a variety of duties that include product transport, inventory, shipping & receiving, order fulfillment and inventory database referencing. This position is based in Lawrenceville, GA.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Unload and properly inventory product using a walk-behind scissor forklift or pallet jack.
- Properly pack and prepare finished product for shipping.
- Process product shipments by creating labels in UPS shipment software.
- Submit Routing Requests and Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs).
- Print carton and/or unit labels using Label Matrix
- Print and distribute pick tickets.
- Effectively interact with the team at the main warehouse, print warehouse and Orlando HQ in regards to product status, shipment, delivery.
- Delegate work amongst the Warehouse Associates to meet business needs and deadlines. Monitor progress of delegated work and provide feedback to management.
- Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
- Reference inventory database as needed to perform job duties.
- Recommend process improvements and work with management to implement approved changes.
- Achieve job and departmental objectives outlined throughout the year.
- Reports to the Warehouse Manager. No direct reports.

QUALIFICATIONS – KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse and/or logistics experience preferred.
- Some experience with computer software preferred is preferred (Microsoft Office, database software).
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to be trained on all equipment and procedures.
- Ability to manage high volume production with high accuracy.
- Ability to learn, reference and retain product specific information as it pertains to the position.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, warehouse setting.
- Ability to work within the core hours of 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional needs to work overtime, outside of core hours / weekdays.
WORKING CONDITIONS / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / FLSA STATUS
- Indoor, warehouse environment. The warehouse noise level is moderately loud to loud.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time while performing work. Must be able to reach and lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
- Full-time/Non-Exempt (Hourly).
