We are seeking a dynamic, multi-talented individual to join our team as a hospitality and event supervisor. This hybrid role plays a key part in both the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and the execution of our private events.
As a Hospitality Supervisor, you will help lead our front-of-house team, uphold our service standards, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. For the events, you will support our events team on site in coordinating and executing everything from intimate dinners to large-scale celebrations.

Key Responsibilities:
Restaurant Supervision:
- Service and Operations: Oversee all front-of-house (FOH) operations, including ensuring high standards for service, table management, and beverage programs.
- Staff Management: train & motivate restaurant staff to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
- Guest Relations: Act as a point of contact for guest concerns, resolving issues professionally to maintain customer satisfaction and protect the restaurant's reputation.
- Quality Control: Monitor food and beverage quality and ensure consistency with product as well as ensuring all regulations are followed
Event Assistance:
Event Support: Provide comprehensive support to the Special Events Manager. Assist in event setup & supervision.
- Staff Supervision: Lead event staff as directed, providing clear instructions and support to ensure events run according to plan.
- Event Execution: deliver event-day responsibilities with prevision. Including verifying menu accuracy, guest check-in, technical equipment checks, and overall event logistics and timing. Oversee full venue setup—ensuring everything is in place, from the major foundational elements to the subtle nuances that elevate the guest experience.
- Client and Guest Experience: Address guest inquiries and requests during events, ensuring a positive and smooth experience for host and attendees
