Bartender - Server

Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Bartender - Server, where you will be the heart of the guest experience! In this dynamic role, you will craft exceptional drinks, serve delicious food, and deliver outstanding customer service in a lively environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills while working in a fast-paced, fun atmosphere.

We are hoping to find a Bartender and Server all in one, some days will include bartending and other will be a server.

Pay is up to you: You will get an hourly base pay and it varies if acting as a Bartender or a Server.

Bartender : $ Hourly Tips 2% of Servers sales = $$$

Server : $Hourly Tips = $$$

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Take food and drink orders accurately using Toast POS, and process transactions efficiently with cash handling and cashiering skills.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling protocols at all times.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations effectively through strong time management and multitasking skills during busy shifts.
• Assist with music and event night and also private parties by serving food and beverages promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Uphold all food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations to ensure a safe environment for everyone.

Requirements

• Prior experience in food service. 1 year preffered.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Toast POS for order processing and sales transactions.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and understanding related laws; certifications are a plus.
