Position Summary
The Lead Host is the first and last point of contact for guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. In this leadership role, you will oversee the host team, manage reservations and guest flow, and ensure that all guests are greeted warmly and seated efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival with professionalism and genuine hospitality.
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and walk-in seating using [reservation system name, e.g., Resy].
- Direct and support the host team to ensure seamless seating and optimal table rotation.
- Communicate guest needs, special occasions, and table requests to servers and managers.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting host stand and entrance area.
