Responsibilities

• Efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards.

• Support the catering and banquet teams by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for events.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining areas, and service stations through regular cleaning routines.
• Buss tables promptly during service to ensure a smooth flow of guests’ dining experience.
• Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to support food service operations and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
• Familiarity with food handling, cleaning protocols, and basic kitchen operations is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues across food service, catering, or hotel environments.
