What are the responsibilities and job description for the On-Camera Content Creator position at CoRise Spaces?
About CoRise
CoRise is the Inland Empire's first clinical coworking space built exclusively for mental health professionals. We're a warm, community-driven environment where therapists, psychologists, and psychiatric providers build and grow their private practices — without the burden of a long-term lease.
We're growing our social media presence and looking for creative, on-camera talent to help bring our brand to life.
The Role
You'll come in for scheduled shoot days and work with our team to film 2–3 short-form video reels per session. Each shoot explores different concepts, scenarios, and creative angles designed to showcase what CoRise offers and who we serve.
You don't need to be a mental health professional — you need to be comfortable on camera, take direction well, and bring natural, authentic energy to each concept.
All footage is handed off to our editing team. Your job is to show up, perform, and create.
What You'll Do
- Arrive prepared for shoot day (concepts provided in advance)
- Act out scripted or semi-scripted scenes for Instagram/TikTok reels
- Adapt to different roles — provider arriving to work, coworker in the lounge, someone touring the space, etc.
- Take creative direction from our content lead
- Film multiple takes and variations to give the editor options
You're a Great Fit If You:
- Have on-camera experience (acting, content creation, improv — any background welcome)
- Are professional, punctual, and easy to work with
- Can embody a calm, warm, approachable presence on screen
- Are available for occasional weekday or weekend shoot days
- Live in or near the Inland Empire
