💼 What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, test, and maintain COBOL and JCL programs in a mainframe environment.
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Conduct peer code reviews, perform root cause analysis, and resolve integration issues.
- Prepare project updates and maintain technical documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and participate in team meetings.
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 10 years of experience with mainframe applications.
- Strong skills in COBOL, JCL, testing, debugging, version control, and documentation.
- Experience with root cause analysis, technical writing, stakeholder collaboration, and project tracking.
