What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer School Nurse position at Corinth CSD?
Corinth Central School District is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to support our summer school program. The RN will be responsible for providing health services to students and ensuring a safe and supportive environment throughout the program.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to students as needed
- Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and district policy
- Respond to medical emergencies and assess student health concerns
- Maintain accurate health records and documentation
- Collaborate with staff and administration to support student well-being
Qualifications:
- Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Experience in pediatric, school, or community health nursing preferred 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Schedule: Program runs Monday through Friday, July 6 through August 14, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
