Packer / Production Associate

Position Summary
Corim Industries is seeking dependable, motivated Production Associates (Packers) to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll help package and prepare coffee and beverage products while maintaining our standards for food safety, quality, and efficiency.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in producing quality work, and enjoys being part of a team.
What You'll Do
- Package finished coffee and beverage products according to company specifications
- Assemble boxes, cases, and packaging materials
- Label finished products accurately
- Stack and palletize finished goods for warehouse storage and shipment
- Supply production lines with materials as needed
- Assist machine operators and production staff to keep production running efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety procedures, and SQF requirements
- Identify quality concerns and notify supervisors immediately
- Perform other production duties as assigned

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
- Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive motions
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with moving equipment and varying temperatures
Work Environment
- Fast-paced food manufacturing facility
- Compliance with food safety, sanitation, and safety regulations is required
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn as required
- Overtime work may be required based on production schedules
