Overview
Coria Landscape Inc is hiring a Project Manager to oversee commercial landscape construction projects across Oregon and Washington. This role is responsible for coordinating field operations, managing budgets, and driving projects from initial estimator handoff through final completion.
This position works closely with field teams, vendors, and general contractors to maintain project performance, documentation, and overall execution. This role requires strong ownership of projects and the ability to lead coordination across field and office teams.
What You’ll Manage
- Oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Coordinate with estimators, supervisors, foremen, vendors, and office staff
- Track budgets, costs, and identify variances early
- Prepare and submit progress billings, track retainage, and maintain documentation
- Manage submittals, procurement, and material tracking
- Own project scheduling and sequencing, coordinating with field teams while maintaining final responsibility for execution
- Lead field coordination and maintain control of project execution, including sequencing and scheduling decisions
- Provide clear direction to field staff and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project plan and contract requirements
- Address and resolve field conflicts, maintaining project priorities, schedule, and budget
- Communicate with general contractors and internal teams throughout project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and project requirements
- Support field operations with technical and logistical coordination
- Manage punch list and closeout deliverables
Qualifications
- 2 years experience in landscape or general construction project management or coordination
- Experience with private and/or public (municipal) projects
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and technical documents
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace (Excel required)
- Experience with takeoff software (Bluebeam or similar)
- Experience with budgeting, cost tracking, and progress billing
- Working knowledge of contract documentation and compliance
- Familiarity with scheduling, procurement, and submittal processes
- Strong communication and coordination skills with field staff, vendors, and GCs
- Ability to lead field teams, make decisions, and maintain project control in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience with Oregon/Washington public works (prevailing wage, compliance)
- Spanish-speaking preferred, at least ability to use translation applications
- Experience with construction/project management software (Aspire or similar)
Compensation
$55,000 – $70,000 base salary commission
Commission is tied to project performance and workload.
