Bulldog Trial Lawyers is a plaintiff-side employment law firm backed by Corgi, which operates the firm's managed services organization (MSO). While our attorneys focus on delivering outstanding legal representation, Corgi handles the technology, operations, recruiting, finance, and infrastructure that keep the firm running.
Our attorneys focus on winning cases. We are looking for a Case Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients throughout their legal journey. Our Case Managers help clients feel informed, supported, and confident while ensuring attorneys have everything they need to build winning cases.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and keeping dozens of moving pieces under control.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients from intake through case resolution.
- Conduct intake calls and gather supporting documentation.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case progress.
- Collect employment records, pay records, personnel files, medical records, and other evidence.
- Coordinate signatures, document requests, and authorizations.
- Track deadlines and ensure required information is received on time.
- Prepare case summaries and organize files for attorney review.
- Coordinate with experts, vendors, and opposing counsel when needed.
- Update case management systems with accurate notes and documentation.
- Escalate legal issues to attorneys and paralegals while independently handling administrative matters.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of case management, legal assistant, customer success, claims, or client service experience.
- Prior experience in a law firm is preferred but not required.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
