Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Salt Lake City, UT for a Meat Cutter. The Meat Cutter will be responsible for preparing and cutting meats, processing poultry, and ensuring high levels of product quality and presentation. Other duties include adhering to food safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and supporting customer needs by providing excellent service and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in butchery, including cutting large and specialty cuts of meat
- Experience with meat processing and handling of poultry
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to upholding quality and safety standards
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive cutting tasks and lift heavy products
- Previous experience in a meat processing or butcher role is preferred
