As a Licensed Inside Sales Professional, you will help grow our local Allstate agency by engaging with current customers and the community. You will apply insurance knowledge and customer service skills to increase the customer’s understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.
Responsibilities
- Handle policy support tasks such as endorsements, changes, billing, and claims guidance
- Generate new business through inbound calls, referrals, and cross selling
- Conduct renewal reviews and identify coverage gaps
- Support with retention to save accounts
- Maintain documentation and compliance within the agency management system
Job Qualifications
- Property & Casualty License
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in the insurance industry, Allstate experience preferred
- Confident, motivated individual with the ability to multitask
- Comfortable with using computers and multiple applications
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
