Firm Foundation Academy is seeking a “Founding Head of School” to begin in the Spring of 2026 in preparation for the Fall 2026 school year. This is an exceptional opportunity to help build a dynamic, project-based Christian school from the ground up, focused on practical skills, sound academics, and entrepreneurship. The school building, which consists of a recently renovated academic building and a newly constructed 12,000 square foot shop building with attached green house, is located in
Ladysmith, Wisconsin. The school will provide a high-impact, Christ-centered education to equip students for the unique opportunities available in rural community living.
We are looking for a leader who is, first and foremost, a passionate and humble Christian who desires to serve those they work with, as well as a fervent supporter of bringing the trades, practical skills and traditional living back into the grade 7-12 experience.
