Job Summary
- Plan, organize and direct the day-to-day work of CPD employees and assist in management of daily departmental operations.
- Respond to and resolve any front-line operational problems.
- Coordinate in-services, meetings, training and orientation of new personnel in conjunction with the CPD manager.
- Initiate and maintain employee Performance Improvement Plans and Attendance interventions, as warranted.
- Assist in interviewing candidates for position openings and make hiring recommendations.
- Develop new procedures and update current ones.
- Accumulate QI statistics and report to manager.
- Demonstrates the delivery of excellent customer service behaviors in every aspect of the job (100%).
- Required High School Diploma
- Preferred One to two years of college.
- 5 years of relevant experience CPD tech experience. Required
- One year of management experience. Preferred
- CRT-Registered Central Services Technician, Certified (CRCST) - IAHCSMM International Association of Healthcare Central Service Material Management Upon Hire required
