Senior Training Designer

Job Summary

Will be responsible for developing multi-media training solutions with a primary focus on Epic and other Health Systems. Will partner with training team members, subject matter experts, and customers to develop audience-specific training, including traditional and computer-based curriculum materials. Will be accountable for organizing and reporting on virtual and classroom training registration and completion. Serve as team learning management system administrator.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for developing multi-media training solutions with a primary focus on Epic and other Health Systems.
• Will partner with training team members, subject matter experts, and customers to develop audience-specific training, including traditional and computer-based curriculum materials.
• Will be accountable for organizing and reporting on virtual and classroom training registration and completion.
• Will serve as the team learning management system administrator.
• Participate in developing training program delivery strategies.
• Responsible for testing the training environment.
• Designs, writes, updates, and tests computer-based training modules as well as test the training environment.
• Occasional weekend support and daytime or overnight travel may be required.

Qualifications

Required

• Associate's Degree
• 3 years of relevant experience

Preferred

• Bachelor's Degree
