Our team of skilled respiratory therapists works collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care, including advanced diagnostic testing, therapeutic interventions, and patient education. We utilize the latest technology and evidence-based practices to manage and treat a wide range of respiratory conditions, ensuring our patients receive the best possible outcomes. About Corewell Health Taylor Hospital
Corwell Health Taylor Hospital is a 148-bed hospital that is a recognized health care leader in the metro Detroit area. Proudly serving Taylor and surrounding communities since 1977, it offers specialty services including 24-hour emergency care, wound care and hyperbaric oxygen therapy, a surgical pavilion, a pain management clinic, orthopedic surgery, inpatient rehabilitation facility and full-service radiology, including advanced CT w/cardiac scoring, Fixed MRI including pacemaker, cinema vision and ultrasound (MSK & elastography).
Qualifications
- Required Current enrollment in a Respiratory Therapy degree program.
- Required To work as an RCA, selected candidates must successfully complete training modules and competency check offs (tailored to their scope of practice) developed by the department.
- Required Incumbent will be re-evaluated in two years if graduation did not occur.
- Completed the basic therapy clinical rotation in the employee’s perspective college program. Required
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association required Or
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross required
