Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients with complex medical conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting independence and self-management
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- Associates in Nursing
- Graduates from a non-accredited school of nursing must have at least one year of acute care experience or at least two years of experience in a licensed healthcare role and must have successfully passed the NCLEX licensure examination
- Mi Registered Nurse (RN)
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days
