Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital opened on Jan. 24, 1955, as a 238-bed community hospital. Today, the hospital is a 1,101-bed major academic and referral center with Level I adult trauma and Level II pediatric trauma designations. Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital has 43 residency and fellowship programs with 454 residents and fellows. Corewell is the exclusive clinical partner of the Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine, with more than 1,400 Beaumont doctors on faculty.

Scope of Work

Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures perform diagnostic MR exams utilizing appropriate imaging equipment and techniques. Follows Beaumont philosophy of Patient and Family Centered Care at all times.

Qualifications

• Required associate’s degree or equivalent Graduate of Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Accredited Radiography program or the Joint Review Committee on Educational Programs in Nuclear Medicine Technology (JRCNMT).

• 1 year of relevant experience 1-3 years clinical experience beyond staff radiographer level. Preferred

• CRT-American Registry Of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (MRI) - ARMRIT American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists Certification Upon Hire preferred Or
• CRT-Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (MRI) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Certification Upon Hire required Or
• CRT-Radiation Therapist - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire required Or
• CRT-Radiographer (R) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire required Or
• CRT-Sonographer (S) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire required Or
• CRT-Sonographer (S) - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Upon Hire required Or
• CRT-Nuc Med Technologist (N) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire required Or
• CRT-Nuclear Medicine Technologist - NMTCB Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board Upon Hire required Or
• CRT-Vascular Technologist (VT) - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Upon Hire required Or
• CRT-Musculoskeletal (MSK) - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Upon Hire required And
• CRT-Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (MRI) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Board Registry Certification 1 Year required Or
