About the Job Description
The successful candidate will deliver nursing care responsibly and accountably as described professionally by the American Nurses Association (ANA) and legally by the State of Michigan.
They will demonstrate competency through the critical thinking model known as the nursing process, which includes assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Associates in Nursing Required
An active MI Registered Nurse (RN) license is required, and AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days is necessary.
Bachelors in Nursing Required within 5 Years
A BSN degree within 5 years of hire is preferred.
