Essential Functions
- Performs/coordinates basic office duties such as sorting mail and deliveries.
- Utilizes the appropriate software applications to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of office workload.
- Demonstrates customer focus and service excellence principles.
- Responsible for performing and monitoring various inventories, replenishment and distribution of supplies.
- Promptly identifies and resolves or escalates customer concerns or complaints to achieve positive outcomes.
Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of relevant experience Customer Care Center environment with increasing level of responsibility
- Associate's Degree
