Scope of work
- Provide patient care assignments as delegated by and under the direction of a registered nurse or designee.
- Clerical/manages supplies/equipment in designated care areas.
- Provides care to the patient according to the plan of care, unit routine and hospital policy. Documents in electronic medical record.
- Acts as a receptionist and organizes daily work assignment based on unit priorities.
Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association Or
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross.
- CRT-Nursing Assistant - Michigan Department of Licensing & Regulatory Affairs, Bureau of Community and Health Systems Michigan Department of Licensing & Regulatory Affairs, Bureau of Community and Health Systems.
- Completion of nursing assistant program and/or one year of nursing assistant experience.
