ERP Transformation & Implementation

  • Translate corporate accounting, financial reporting, and compliance requirements (US GAAP/IFRS, SOX) into scalable ERP system design, configuration, and controls.
  • Partner with Accounting, Finance, IT, and external system integrators to drive project execution, manage risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Drive change management, user adoption, and training to standardize accounting processes and improve close, reporting, and audit readiness.
  • Manage internal ERP accounting team members while identifying opportunities for automation, optimization, and continuous improvement post-implementation.
  • Identify, lead, and drive AI driven enhancements and functionalities

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage and mentor a team of analysts or specialists supporting financial data governance.
  • Collaborate effectively across entire Accounting organization plus FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and IT to align structures with business goals.
