This group is responsible for ensuring CoreWeave can prevent, respond to, and recover from disruptive events while operating at scale in high-stakes environments.About the RoleThe Senior Lead, Enterprise Resilience & Critical Incident Management serves as the company-wide lead for crisis management, incident response, and business continuity across offices, data centers, and operational domains. Day to day, you'll design and maintain resilience frameworks, coordinate preparedness efforts, and lead or support real-world incident response during high-pressure events. This is a builder–operator role: you'll create the playbooks, run exercises, and step in hands-on when incidents occur. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
