The Role
As CoreViva’s Content and Digital Marketing Director / Manager (title depending on experience), you’ll steer our brand story across digital channels. You’ll craft compelling content that connects with our multiple audiences (i.e., consumers, patients, employers, physicians, etc.), inspires action, and reflects our patient-first commitment. You’ll also drive digital campaigns that expand awareness, deepen engagement, and bring new people into the CoreViva community. What You’ll Do
-Tell Our Story- Create content that humanizes health and wellness, from website content and blog posts and thought leadership content, to inspiring patient stories, email campaigns, and newsletters.
-Elevate Our Digital Presence- Manage and optimize website content, ensuring every page delivers an intuitive, premium experience while staying SEO-smart.
-Grow Our Community- Build authentic engagement across social media platforms, creating content calendars, monitor and drive conversations, and respond to comments/messages, and engage with followers in a timely and authentic manner. Cultivate relationships with influencers, patients, partners, and brand advocates.
-Lead Campaigns with Impact- Develop and execute digital campaigns—across paid social, search, and email—that attract new customers, nurture relationships, and showcase CoreViva’s value.
-Develop On-Brand MarComm (marketing communications) for Patient-First Clinic Experience and Partner Marketing- Develop on-brand collateral, branded merchandise and promotional items, posters, etc. to support clinic experience, local community events, and co-marketing with partners.
-Measure, Learn, Improve-Track performance across website, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns. Uncover insights and continuously track KPIs (followers, engagement, reach, CTR, conversions, etc.) and generate regular performance reports. Use data to inform content decisions and continuously optimize strategies.
-Collaborate with Leadership- Partner with marketing leadership, physicians, and clinical experts to translate complex medical insights into stories people can connect with and act on.
Who You Are
-A natural storyteller who can turn complex topics including medical/scientific into clear, compelling, consumer-friendly content.
-A digital-first marketer with a strong grasp of SEO, social, and campaign performance.
-Experienced (5 years) in content and digital marketing, healthcare or wellness experience a plus but not required.
-Skilled in tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, social/paid media platforms including performance measurement tools.
-Skilled in design tools for creative design and video editing like Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editors.
-Creative, curious, and proactive, with an eye for detail and a drive to make things better.
-Energized by working in a mission-driven, fast-moving, collaborative environment.
