What are the responsibilities and job description for the MEP Superintendent position at Corevia Search?
I’m working with a major US General Contractor that is expanding its mission-critical team on a large data center campus in Maryland.
They are immediately hiring:
4 x Superintendents
💰 $160K–$190K
2 x Senior Superintendents
💰 $200K–$250K for the right experience
The project includes four main data center buildings at approximately 45MW each, alongside two supporting buildings, with work expected to continue through next year.
What they’re looking for:
- Previous data center or mission-critical construction experience
- MEP, CSA or broad site construction backgrounds
- Strong understanding of large-scale field operations
- Senior Superintendents should ideally have experience helping lead $100M–$200M projects
- Knowledge of data center commissioning procedures and L1–L5 fundamentals is highly desirable
Package includes:
- Gas card car allowance
- 10% project completion bonus
- 10% annual bonus
- Relocation support negotiable
