Responsibilities:
- Review Title Commitment/Binders for accuracy
- Verify accuracy of provided documentation
- Prepare Preliminary and Final Closing Disclosures or HUD-1s
- Coordinate with Agents, Buyers, Sellers and Lender to schedule closing
- Prepare closing documents for settlement
- Balance files for closing
Required Skills and Competencies:
- 2 Years of experience REQUIRED
- Superior attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational and proofreading skills
- Ability to track and meet deadlines
- Experience and ability to thrive in a high volume, high-pressure environment
- Knowledge of Qualia (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read and understand legal documents
- Task-oriented and resourceful
- Excellent work ethic
