What You Will Do

• Lead part qualification activities through APQP/PPAP processes, ensuring supplier processes meet high-quality, cost-effective, and reliable standards for regulatory compliance.
• Review supplier process flows, control plans, and risk assessments to ensure robust and repeatable manufacturing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, and production teams to qualify new parts, assemblies, and raw materials.
• Ensure supplier quality systems meet requirements before production release, providing feedback and guidance for gap closure.
• Monitor supplier performance using KPIs such as delivery metrics, PPM rates, and scorecards.
• Drive accountability during supplier business reviews and lead corrective/preventive action plans.
• Support continuous improvement of supplier quality performance.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).
• 4–8 years of experience in supplier quality or manufacturing quality engineering within medical, aerospace, or automotive industries.
• Strong knowledge of quality methodologies and tools such as:
• PPAP, APQP
• FMEA
• SPC
• 8D
• Six Sigma
• MSA
• Experience with manufacturing and production engineering processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
