📌 ServiceNow Now Assist Developer (GenAI)

Location: Dallas, TX / Denver, CO (Onsite – 4 days/week)

🔹 Role Summary

Develop and implement AI-powered solutions in ServiceNow (Now Assist) to automate workflows, enhance user experience, and improve ITSM/CSM/HRSD processes.


🔹 Key Responsibilities

Build AI use cases (summaries, agent assist, chat, knowledge generation)

Configure Now Assist across ServiceNow modules

Develop using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, scripting

Design prompts and optimize AI responses

Ensure AI governance, data security, and performance

Collaborate with stakeholders and support deployments


🔹 Required Skills

7 years ServiceNow development

Strong in ITSM (must), CSM/HRSD (plus)

JavaScript, workflows, Virtual Agent

Hands-on Now Assist / GenAI experience

Prompt engineering & AI fundamentals

REST APIs & integrations


🔹 Mandatory

CSA certification (expected)

CIS (ITSM/CSM/HRSD)

GenAI / Now Assist exposure
