Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer with strong expertise in IVR, Conversational AI, Google Conversational AI (CS AS/CX AS), and Python to lead enterprise-scale AI and contact center automation initiatives.
Required Skills & Responsibilities
- 10 years of experience in IVR and Conversational AI implementation.
- Strong expertise in Google Conversational AI (CS AS/CX AS).
- Hands-on experience building and executing Agentic AI workflows using Google CX AS.
- Strong programming skills in Python for backend development, orchestration, automation, and API integrations.
- 10 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade IVR and Conversational AI solutions.
- Experience building customer self-service, customer care, and contact center automation solutions for telecom service providers.
- Experience integrating Conversational AI platforms with:
- CRM systems
- Billing Systems (BSS)
- Operational Support Systems (OSS)
- Order Management platforms
- Contact Center platforms
- Experience leading technical teams, conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and driving end-to-end solution delivery.
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics AX is preferred.
