- Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What are the Top 3-5 Responsibilities Expected of this Worker?
- Accounts Payable Debit Balance Collections - Business to Business
- Perform research in multiple systems to find issues.
- Communicate with vendors, stores and distribution centers via phone, email or messaging to resolve issues.
- Research, analyze and make recommendations for improving methods and procedures.
- Perform reconciliation matching
- Enter approved transactions into Oracle.
- Provide superior customer service.
Ideal Candidate will have the Following Requirements:
- Working knowledge of accounting principals
- Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable knowledge a plus
- AP/AR 2 plus years in a larger organization with mainframe-based accounting systems
- Microsoft suite to include intermediate excel and teams. Working knowledge of Oracle nice to have not required.
- Years of experience required Two or more years accounting experience in a large organization with mainframe-based accounting
- Education/Certifications - N/A
- Will you accept work experience in lieu of degree? Yes, What is the lowest completed degree you will accept? High School Diploma
- Highly effective customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Good organizational and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with the ability to complete work with minimal supervision.
- Honest and trustworthy, exhibiting the strongest business ethics.
