CoreTech Consulting Inc. is expanding its team to support the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA)Travel Program. We are recruiting multiple 100% remote full-time positions to help deliver high-quality, audit-ready travel processing and financial support across several DoDEA travel programs, including Renewal Agreement Travel (RAT), Educational Travel (EDT), Permanent Change of Station (PCS), DFAS coordination, Dormant Account Review (DAR-Q), and Centrally Billed Account (CBA) reconciliation.

Positions We Are Looking to Onboard
CoreTech is accepting resumes for several categories of fully remote roles, including:
• Senior Travel Analysts
• Travel Processors (RAT, EDT, PCS)
• CBA Reconciliation Specialists
• Financial and DFAS Support Analysts
• Dormant Account Review (DAR-Q) Analysts
• Quality Assurance and Audit Support Specialists
• Customer Service and Case Management Specialists
Key Responsibilities (Varies by Role)
• Process travel authorizations and vouchers in the Defense Travel System (DTS) for RAT, EDT, and PCS travel.
• Validate eligibility, documentation, funding lines, and entitlements in accordance with the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR)
• Maintain complete, audit-ready travel files and documentation logs.
• Support financial reconciliation, including research of rejected or delayed payments and coordination with DFAS.
• Perform Centrally Billed Account (CBA) transaction matching, discrepancy resolution, and foreign currency reconciliation.
• Conduct quarterly Dormant Account Reviews and prepare corrective action documentation.
• Provide customer support to travelers regarding entitlements, document requirements, and processing status.
• Support status reporting, performance metrics, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
(Requirements differ by role, but candidates should generally possess:)
• Experience with the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) is a significant advantage across multiple roles and strongly preferred for reconciliation and DAR-Q functions.
• Experience with DTS, federal travel processing, or DoD travel programs.
• Familiarity with JTR, DoD FMR, and federal travel entitlements.
• Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain ADP/IT II Public Trust eligibility for access to government systems.
Work Environment
• 100% remote
• Support required during DoDEA operating hours: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (8 hours work schedule)
• Government-furnished laptop provided for official duties
