We are seeking talented and motivated Associates for our Summer 2026 internship program. Students majoring in degrees of International Studies, Political Science, Government, Consulting, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar studies are encouraged to apply. This role requires a zest for learning and a willingness to work on varied tasks and projects. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, has the ability to follow deadlines, juggle multiple tasks, take initiative, and can manage their own workload.
Interns will support our growth initiatives by assisting in writing reports, conducting research, analyzing data, and making recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency. This role is part writer/researcher and part management consultant. This will be a valuable experience for any student pursuing a career in the Intelligence Community, national security and/or foreign affairs and wants to directly impact the growth and success of our Company.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the building and development of strategic, capture, project and program management plans.
- Use creativity and ingenuity to solve problems.
- Understand and implement government contracting processes and procedures.
- Write and edit research reports, management consulting studies, white papers and contract proposals.
- Maintain courteous, professional, and effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Be a crucial member of the team in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Must be in at least the third year of a Bachelor's degree program
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Competitive, energetic and motivated to exceed personal and established goals.
- High degree of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills and adept ability to learn new software programs quickly.
- Must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
DESIRED SKILLS
- Interest in the Intelligence Community, military or U.S. government agency.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance.
