⭐ About the Role The Para‑Professional provides direct care and supervision to youth in a Level III group home. Staff help with routines, safety, and behavior support using trauma‑informed approaches.
⭐ What You’ll Do Supervise youth and maintain safety - Assist with daily living: hygiene, meals, chores - Support behavior plans and use de‑escalation - Document services each shift - Transport youth to school/appointments - Respond to crises calmly and appropriately - Meals provided during shift
⭐ Requirements - 21 years old - HS Diploma/transcript OR College Diploma/transcript required at hiring - Valid driver’s license - Pass background check & drug screen - Experience with youth preferred but not required
