General Shipping Associate and Customer Service ( $15.00)
Job Summary:
Join our warehouse team! You'll play a vital role in day-to-day operations including preparing shipping documents, tending to new and existing customers, shipping, receiving, stocking, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Tend to new customers, quote shipping services
- Generate shipping labels for domestic shipments
- Generate bill of lading for international shipments
- Reconcile payments with shipments
- Receive shipments and enter into tracking system
- Organize inventory and restock materials
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow up with customers and respond to their inquiries
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Enlish and Spanish
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Word abilities
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Previous warehouse or shipping experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be reliable and able to work in a fast-paced setting
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Use pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment
