Core Medical-Perm is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist Director for a job in Vernal, Utah.

Job Description & Requirements

*$20,000 sign on bonus*

• Doctorate of pharmacy highly preferred 
• Acute care pharmacy experience required 
• Must have manager or director level experience
