CoreMed Plus is seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing outpatient primary care team. We are committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive and collaborative clinical environment.
Qualifications- Minimum of 3 years of FNP/PA experience required
- Active DEA License required
- Experience in primary care and chronic disease management
- Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
- Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Prescribe medications, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results
- Provide preventive care, wellness counseling, and health screenings
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
- Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff
