We are looking for an Registered Dietitian to join our team, where you will have a set 10 hours per day, Monday-Thursday schedule. This position offers you the opportunity to be the lead member of a care team of a medical provider, exercise trainer, and other clinicians who may be utilized in the model. As a Dietitian at CoreLife you will work with patients on a daily basis creating solutions for weight loss. The goal is to help maintain a high quality of care by overseeing all aspects of the patient’s nutrition and diet.

Major Areas Of Responsibility
- Evaluate nutritional histories of patients.
- Work within a multidisciplinary clinical team.
- Nutrition examinations and other appropriate diagnostic procedures.
- Design and provide a nutritional care plan individualized to each patient.
- Accurately notates and updates patient records.
- Educate patients on base concepts of nutritional science and weight maintenance.
- Help to maintain a high quality of care by overseeing all aspects of the patient’s nutrition and diet through effective counseling.

- Registered Dietitian Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Bachelors in dietetics, nutrition, foods and nutrition.
- Experience: Minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Clinical Dietitian, preferred.
- Registered Dietitian Licensure/Certification/Registration: Registered Dietitian status by the commission on Dietetic Registration, required. Licensed Dietitian in appropriate state, required.
- Registered Dietitian Additional Skills Required: Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Knowledge, ability and skills to support patient education and patient engagement in self-care management to accommodate cultural diversity, age specific or behavior needs among the patients being served.
