Position Overview:
We are hiring both part-time and full-time Pilates Instructors who are passionate about fitness, client experience, and personal growth. Whether you’re already certified or looking to become certified, we provide the opportunity to build a rewarding career in the Pilates industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging, safe, and effective Pilates classes
- Provide hands-on corrections and support to clients
- Create a welcoming and motivating studio environment
- Build relationships with clients and encourage retention
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
Requirements:
- Must be willing to complete Pilates certification (if not already certified)
- Certification must be paid for by the instructor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Reliable and professional
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
Additional Requirements:
- Must be willing to sign a 2-year non-compete agreement
