In-House Counsel

Coreforce
ATLANTA, GA Full Time
POSTED ON 10/13/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 12/12/2026

Coreforce is seeking a hands-on, business-minded In-House Counsel to serve as the company’s primary legal resource and build strong partnerships across the organization. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, exercising sound business judgment, and balancing legal risk with commercial objectives.

As Coreforce’s legal lead, the In-House Counsel will have the autonomy to manage the company’s day-to-day legal needs, establish priorities and processes, and determine when specialized expertise is needed. For complex or specialized matters, the role will engage and direct outside counsel, oversee legal spend, and ensure external partners deliver value. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of the legal function, serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, and shape how legal support is delivered within a growing technology company.
