We are seeking a Client Success Manager III (CSM III) to manage our largest and most complex enterprise public-safety accounts.
The Role
The CSM III serves as a strategic advisor and executive liaison for Coreforce’s highest-value clients.
This role owns the post-implementation lifecycle for enterprise agencies — driving adoption, retention, expansion, and long-term partnership value — while proactively managing risk in complex, multi-site, mission-critical deployments.
This is a strategic, executive-facing position requiring consultative leadership and operational fluency.
What You’ll Do
Own Strategic Enterprise Accounts
- Serve as the primary strategic owner for primarily Tier 0,1 &2 enterprise level public-safety agencies
- Build trusted relationships with Chiefs, Sheriffs, CIOs, and executive stakeholders
- Act as the point of accountability and VoC across Client Success, Product, Support, and Executive Leadership
Drive Retention & Expansion
- Own renewal strategy and forecasting for assigned accounts
- Identify and mitigate risk early to protect ARR
- Drive multi-year renewals, expansion, and cross-sell opportunities
Lead Executive Engagement
- Conduct Executive Business Reviews and strategic planning sessions
- Translate product capabilities into operational outcomes
- Align client priorities with product roadmap and long-term value realization
Manage Risk & Escalation
- Proactively identify risks
- Lead executive-level escalation management and resolution strategy
Compensation
- Base Salary: $125,000
- Variable Incentive: 15%
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $144,000
Qualifications:Qualifications
To be considered, candidates must have:
- 7 years in Client Success, Enterprise Account Management, or Strategic SaaS roles
- Experience supporting public-safety, GovTech, or regulated enterprise environments preferred
- Demonstrated success managing large, complex accounts with executive stakeholders
- Strong understanding of SaaS renewals, ARR forecasting, and expansion strategy
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage ambiguity and lead through complex, cross-functional challenges
- Ability to travel 40% /-
Salary : $125,000 - $140,000
