Requirements:
- 2 years of professional cooking experience, preferably at a Michelin level
- Expert in all fundamental baking and pastry techniques
- Proven management and leadership experience in a fine dining setting
- Ability to lead and train staff throughout the department
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
