We're partnered with a well-established hospitality group looking for an experienced General Manager to lead one of their flagship upscale Mediterranean restaurants in Raleigh.

What We're Looking For
- Previous General Manager experience in an upscale full-service restaurant
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent financial acumen with experience managing P&Ls, labour, and cost controls
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Hands-on management style with a visible presence on the floor
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
