What You’ll Do
- Lead, train, and inspire a team of sales representatives to crush daily and weekly goals.
- Set the tone — bring the energy, lead by example, and create a winning team culture.
- Coach team members on communication, customer engagement, and closing techniques.
- Track team performance and celebrate wins while helping improve weaker areas.
- Collaborate with management to develop new strategies and expand market presence.
- Represent CoreBound Consultants with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.
