Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Account Manager located in Waterbury, CT. The day-to-day tasks for this role include managing customer accounts, generating leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Account Manager role will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and effective communication with clients to drive sales and build long-term relationships.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrate success in customer satisfaction, with a proven ability to resolve issues and build lasting client relationships
- Hands-on experience in account management, lead generation, and driving revenue growth
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Skilled in problem-solving, time management, and organization to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Ability to work on-site in Waterbury, CT with a flexible, adaptable approach to changing business needs
- Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset, contributing to a collaborative workplace culture
- Technical proficiency in CRM platforms, Salesforce, and other business tools (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Associate's/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required)
