Project Manager – Digital Product Management

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager – Digital Product Management to drive execution across digital product initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role will be responsible for managing project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders while maintaining a strong focus on timelines, scope, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive execution of projects and tasks in low to medium complexity environments
• Develop detailed project plans and ensure alignment on scope, objectives, and approach across stakeholders
• Monitor and communicate project progress across cost, scope, schedule, risks, and issues
• Identify and manage critical path activities to ensure timely delivery
• Track inter-team and external dependencies, ensuring smooth coordination
• Facilitate technical discussions related to architecture, system design, and implementation
• Identify, track, and escalate risks, issues, and impediments as needed
• Prepare and consolidate updates for leadership, including status reports and key decision points
• Capture meeting notes, track action items, and ensure follow-through
• Document key project milestones, achievements, and lessons learned

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years' Proven experience in project or program management
• Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments (preferred)
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Rally, and Confluence
• Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams, product managers, and external vendors
• Strong understanding of both technology and business processes
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
