We are seeking an SME III Technology Capabilities (Government Site) to serve as a senior technical authority for planning, coordinating, and executing advanced cyber engineering and cyberspace test and evaluation efforts in a highly classified TS/SCI environment (SAP-eligible). In this role, you will lead and support the analysis, assessment, demonstration, testing, and experimentation of offensive and defensive cyber capabilities, guiding teams through research, development, integration, and validation to ensure operationally relevant performance and mission impact. You will bring 15 years of technical expertise in cyber engineering and cyberspace T&E, including 10 years of project management, and a proven track record evaluating sensor system effectiveness, feasibility, and risk-informed performance. This position requires strong communication skills to align stakeholders, document findings, and brief senior decision-makers, along with compliance to applicable DoD Directives/Instructions and relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CASP , OSCP, GIAC, CCSP). Military or DoW experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute cyberspace test and evaluation activities in a TS/SCI (SAP-eligible) environment to assess mission-relevant cyber capabilities.
- Lead and support analysis, assessment, demonstration, testing, and experimentation of offensive and defensive cyber technologies, translating objectives into actionable test plans and deliverables.
- Provide technical direction for research, development, integration, and test of innovative cyber solutions, ensuring outcomes are measurable and operationally relevant.
- Evaluate and validate sensor system performance, effectiveness, and operational feasibility; define metrics, collect evidence, and document results.
- Develop risk-informed assessment recommendations and performance-to-risk trade studies to support decision-making and capability maturation.
- Manage projects, schedules, and resources; coordinate across stakeholders to resolve technical issues and maintain execution tempo.
- Prepare and present technical reports, test results, and recommendations to senior stakeholders, ensuring compliance with applicable DoD guidance.
- This position is designed to be flexible, with responsibilities evolving to meet business needs and enable individual growth.
- Active Top Secret/SCI (Candidates must be clearance-eligible and prepared to maintain clearance status throughout the duration of employment.)
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related science/engineering field from an accredited college or university.
- 15 years of technical expertise in cyber engineering and cyberspace test and evaluation, including 10 years of project management.
- 10 years of experience supporting analysis, assessment, demonstration, testing, and/or experimentation of cyber capabilities, including participating in the research, development, integration, and testing of innovative technologies for both offensive and defensive cyber.
- 10 years evaluating and validating sensor system performance, effectiveness, and operational feasibility, including recommending assessments to determine system performance and associated risks.
- Meets certification requirements per applicable DoD Directives and DoD Instructions.
- Holds relevant industry cybersecurity credential(s), such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CASP , OSCP, GIAC, or CCSP.
- Military or DoW experience.
