CORE is seeking a Project Coordinator for the Las Vegas office. The Project Coordinator will work closely with Construction Project Managers and Superintendents. This position supports multiple project teams by coordinating and assisting with all project startup and closeout responsibilities, including:
- Permit Coordination
- Dust (DAQ) Department of Air Quality Permits
- Storm Water SWPP
- Water valves
- NVE accounts
- Project Start Up
- Assist in setting up project sites
- Obtain subcontractor information
- Order project signage and posters
- Assist with all subcontractor insurance
- Assist with project documentation
- Track certain compliances
- Project Closeout
- Acquire and assemble O&M submittals
- Assist with organization of attic stock materials
- Assist with owner training
- Acquire and assemble warranty letters
- File all closeout documentation
- Other various administrative tasks
- Assist project teams with other clerical duties
- Assist the General Superintendent to track employee certifications
Candidate Qualifications
- Must possess the highest level of integrity and a positive attitude
- Must work well in a team environment and be committed to serving others
- Experience in the construction industry is preferred
- Experience in construction software is preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, & Word)
- High attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and teamwork
- Ability to juggle multiple duties and consistently meet deadlines
- Ability to recognize discrepancies and communicate them to the appropriate personnel
