Key Responsibilities
- Manage the monthly subcontractor billing process through Textura, including compliance tracking and payment authorization for subcontractors and lower-tier vendors.
- Process and post billings and payments into the company's ERP system.
- Perform monthly reconciliations between Textura and the ERP system to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with the preparation and posting of monthly construction project invoices.
- Support project financial audits before, during, and after project completion.
- Communicate with subcontractors and vendors regarding invoice and payment status.
- Assist with job cost reporting and financial record maintenance.
- Perform a variety of general accounting and administrative responsibilities as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of four (4) years of accounting experience with a focus on invoicing and accounts payable.
- Previous experience in construction accounting strongly preferred.
- Experience with Vista Accounting Software, Procore, and Textura Payment Management is preferred.
- Experience with lien waiver collection and review is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while providing exceptional internal customer service.
